Enviromental Health Investigations

A public nuisance is an activity that adversely affects the health, morals, safety, welfare, comfort, or convenience of the public in general. Inspectors from the Division of Environmental Health proactively seek out violations of the City of Cleveland Health Code with regards to a nuisance. The Division’s Nuisance Program helps to maintain neighborhood integrity and standards. The Division works to solve nuisance related problems in a swift and fair manner.
