All medical providers (e.g., physicians, nurses, laboratories) are mandated by the Ohio Administrative Code 3701-3-05 to report communicable/infectious diseases to the Public Health Department in which the case resides. The data below reflect confirmed, probable and suspect cases of communicable/infectious disease in the City of Cleveland for the 12 month calendar disease year.
