Small Steps to Eat Healthier
Even the small steps that you take to eating healthier can add up to make a big difference in your overall health.You don’t need to give up all your favorite foods or walk around hungry all day to take a step in the right direction. Eating healthier can be as easy as drinking more water, eliminating trans fats from your diet, eating off of smaller plates to help control portions, or adding an extra serving of a fruit or veggie to each meal.
