Vivian Frasier, BS, REHS, DTR, CA is a nine year veteran of the Cleveland Department of Public Health. As District Supervisor, Vivian manages the School Environment Inspection Program and the Pool Program. Her team handles food safety inspections as well as responds to nuisance complaints from the public.

Ken Sharkey, MPH, has worked in Public Health for over thirty years and has been the Food Program Manager since 2019. As the Food Program Manager, Ken works with the Food Protection Program staff and the retail food industry and is also responsible for coordinating, organizing and teaching the ServSafe® food safety course to the public for CDPH.
